Part-time Entry-level ~30% travel

Position overview

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel logistics and detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive documents.
  • Handle email, phone, and written correspondence.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support as needed.

Qualifications & skills

  • Recent university graduate or early-career professional.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation
